Refund policy

I am an individual author selling my books, not a big corporation. I use several third party print-on-demand services to supply my books and merch. If your order is dispatched through one of these providers, I will refer you back to them to manage any returns, refunds or damaged goods.

If you order something directly from my stock holdings (such as signed books), and you simply change your mind, I cannot issue a refund. If the item has not yet shipped, we can discuss a mutually satisfactory outcome, such as changing the item ordered or providing a store credit. If it has already shipped, I cannot issue a refund.

If the item arrives and it is damaged or there's some other problem, please let me know as soon as possible and send me a photograph of the item. I will endeavour to make it right!
